True 21st Century team and enterprise models will see a level of flexibility and interoperability the likes was rarely seen prior to the economic collapse and COVID-19 pandemic of 2020. While such work environments will herald an unprecedented time of flexible work arrangements, hours and fulfilling interactions, it will also highlight the danger of wrong fit when people with the wrong sequence of skills or aptitudes are placed with the wrong teams or enterprises.

True 21st Century jobs and work environments will unleash the full creative and productive potential of individuals in the team. However, such new Jobs and environments will also be marked with the dangers of the destructive potential of wrong fit recuitment.

Whereas the PC and networking at the end of the 20th Century increased the productive potential of people, the old military style hierarchies counteracted to a strong degree the individuality of employees. However, it also acted as a natural buffer against the potential of individuals to undermine the capital, goodwill and brand images of businesses. Yet by the first two decades the full potential for team members to damage the very brands and companies that employ them came into full view. Simply, the modern employee whether working from home or work, or a hub has never had more computing and networking potential for positivism and for negativity.
